FAQ

Fast business capital: your questions answered

See if you qualify →No credit check to enquire
What is fast business capital?

Money a business can access quickly — working capital or growth capital — through loans, lines of credit, invoice and revenue-based funding, property-secured loans and equipment finance. We rank them by how quickly they can realistically land.

What's the fastest way to get business capital?

With property, a caveat loan or second mortgage: $20k to $250k is possible the same day, and up to $5m within 24–48 hours. Without property, smaller unsecured amounts can sometimes fund the same day.

How much can my business borrow?

Unsecured, cash flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses typically run from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements. Property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000.

Does enquiring affect my credit score?

No. There's no credit check when you first enquire.

Will you send my details to lots of lenders?

No. No spray-and-pray. One real person reviews your enquiry and talks to you before anything goes further.

Who will I speak to?

A lending specialist — a real person who reads your enquiry and calls you.

Do you publish interest rates?

No. Every facility is priced on the business's own circumstances, so a published rate wouldn't tell you what you'd actually pay. We give you the total cost in dollars for your situation.

Can I get capital with bad credit?

Often. Past credit issues are considered case by case, and property security makes a big difference.

Can I get capital if I owe the ATO?

Yes, often. ATO debt is considered case by case, and many businesses use finance to clear it — especially now that ATO interest charges from 1 July 2025 aren't tax deductible.

Do I need property?

No. Trading businesses can access unsecured options. Property opens larger amounts and the fastest lanes.

Can I use my home as security?

Yes, residential property can secure a business loan, as long as the money is for business purposes.

How long do I need to have been trading?

For unsecured options, usually at least six to twelve months, with more than twelve months the easiest. Property-secured options can suit newer businesses.

What documents do I need?

Usually ID, ABN details, three to six months of business bank statements, recent BAS and a list of existing debts — plus property details for secured loans.

My tax returns are behind. Can I still borrow?

Often, through low doc options assessed on bank statements, BAS or property security.

Can funds be paid straight to the ATO or a supplier?

Often, yes, at settlement.

Is this for personal loans too?

No. Everything we arrange is for business purposes only.

What's the Capital Speed Planner?

A free tool that shows which capital sources could land by your deadline, based on the amount and what your business can offer.

Why should I fill in the form accurately?

Because the amount, your state and any property you own decide which lane fits. Accurate answers mean the right option on the first call.
